OSXでeclipseでAndroid ApplicationをRunするとConnection with adb

OSXでeclipseでAndroid ApplicationをRunすると

Connection with adb was interrupted.
0 attempts have been made to reconnect.
You may want to manually restart adb from the Devices view.

と言われるようになりました。ググったら
adb とかeclipseをリスタートしたらなおったとか
/etc/hostsのipv6のlocalhostをコメントアウトしたらなおったとかありましたが、
Help ->Check for updates
でプラグインなど最新にしたらなおったようです。
